Philosophy
We first started growing flowers to add diversity to our farm and as food and habitat for native pollinators. We became more passionate about growing flowers to sell once we learned more about the environmental impact of the commercial floral industry.
Because flowers are not intended for consumption, the types of pesticides used are not food-grade, making them even more harmful to people who handle them. Out-of-season flowers are often flown far distances as well. About 75% of flowers in the United States are from Colombia. We are passionate about growing local, pesticide-free flowers!
We now arrange flowers weekly for the farmers market, our farm stand, and make custom arrangements for special occasions and weddings. See our options below for your event.

As farmer florists, we take pride in growing and locally sourcing flowers for your special day. Our flowers are grown with care and reflect what is available seasonally in the San Juan Islands.
We love to get creative and want your floral choices to reflect your unique love, style, and budget.

Individually Priced Items
Are you planning an elopement or looking for flowers for a special occasion like a birthday or baby shower? We offer an array of individually priced items. Can be mixed and matched with DIY buckets.

DIY Flower Buckets
West Beach Farm offers buckets of flowers for those who are looking to DIY arrangements for weddings or special events.
Flowers are sold by stem and can be focal blooms or fillers. We offer what is seasonal and plentiful, but are willing to work with you if you have a vision for a color palette or request for a specific variety.
